1. Who we are and what you accept

The VOLBET service — the Volbet AI app and the volbet.app website — is provided by Tribehub, Viale Giovanni Suzzani 96, 20162 Milano (MI), Italia, VAT no. 02002830897, referred to here as "we". Contact: app.tribehub@gmail.com.

By using VOLBET you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

2. What VOLBET is, and what it is not

VOLBET collects football match data — results, statistics, tables, odds published by bookmakers — processes it and publishes statistics and predictions.

VOLBET is not a bookmaker, does not take bets and is not a gambling intermediary. Specifically:

• you cannot place a bet through VOLBET, you never pay us to bet and you never receive winnings from us;
• there are no betting accounts, balances, deposits or withdrawals;
• the app's betslip is a personal notepad: it keeps track of your selections, and the amount you type is a number you typed, not money passing through us;
• odds are market information published by bookmakers, shown for comparison. We have no affiliate deals, receive no payment from bookmakers and earn nothing if you bet;
• the VIP subscription gives you access to information, not to a gambling service.

3. Account and age

• You do not need an account for the basic features. You need one to save or share a betslip, find your data on another device and subscribe.
• You must be at least 18.
• The details you enter must be true, and you are responsible for what happens with your account. If you think someone else has access, write to us.
• You can delete your account at any time, in the app (Profile → Delete your account) or on the website (volbet.app/en/delete-account). Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

4. Free plan and VIP subscription

• On the free plan you see part of the content: some of the day's predictions, part of the statistics and signals. How much is our decision and may change: the app tells you each time.
• On the free plan you can watch an ad video to unlock a single prediction. The unlock applies to that match.
• With the VIP subscription you see all content and receive no ads.
• Prices are those shown in the app and on the Play Store at the time of purchase.

5. Payments, renewal, cancellation

• Subscriptions are purchased through Google Play, which takes the payment. We do not handle your payment details.
• The subscription renews automatically at the price then in force, until you cancel.
• Cancel in the Play Store (Google Play → Payments and subscriptions), not in the app: deleting your VOLBET account does not cancel the subscription. After cancelling you keep VIP content until the end of the period already paid for.
• Refunds follow Google Play's rules and are requested from Google. If something is our fault, write to us and we will try to fix it.
• Right of withdrawal. As a consumer you normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, that right is lost once supply begins with your agreement: by subscribing and using VIP content you agree that supply begins at once. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
• If we change the price of an active subscription we tell you beforehand, and you can cancel.

6. Community

If you share a betslip it becomes public inside the app, with your display name, and other users can see and copy it.

When sharing content you undertake not to post: insults, threats, discriminatory or unlawful content or content infringing others' rights; advertising or invitations to use other services; other people's personal data.

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules. You remain responsible for what you post.

7. Permitted use

You may use VOLBET for yourself. You may not:

• copy, bulk-extract, resell or republish our content (predictions, statistics, archives) without our written agreement;
• use automated tools to download content;
• circumvent free-plan limits or subscription checks;
• interfere with the running of the service.

VOLBET's content, brand and software remain ours or their respective owners'. Match data comes from an external provider and remains theirs.

8. No guarantee of results

This is the most important part of this text.

• Predictions are statistical estimates, not certainties. A high percentage does not mean something will happen.
• Past results do not tell you what will happen next. The percentages we publish describe what has already happened, over a limited number of matches.
• We promise and guarantee no winnings. Anyone promising guaranteed wins on football is saying something untrue.
• The decisions you make are yours, and so are the consequences.
• We do our best to keep data correct and up to date, but it comes from external providers and may be incomplete, late or wrong. Live scores, odds and line-ups in particular can change at any moment.
• The service may be interrupted for maintenance, faults or causes beyond our control.

9. If you choose to bet

VOLBET publishes information; it does not take bets. If you decide to bet you do so elsewhere, at your own risk and responsibility, with operators licensed in your country and in line with the laws that apply to you.

Gambling for money is forbidden to people under 18 and can become an addiction. Only bet money you can afford to lose. In Italy, if gambling is becoming a problem for you or someone you know, there is a free and anonymous helpline run by the Italian National Institute of Health: 800 55 88 22, Monday to Friday, 10:00-16:00. Elsewhere, look for the national helpline in your country.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for financial losses arising from decisions you made using our content, nor for indirect damages.

We do not limit in any way our liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, nor the rights the law gives consumers.

If you are a consumer, these clauses take nothing away from the protections of consumer law.

11. Suspension, changes, governing law

• We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, stating why.
• We may change these terms: we publish the new version with its date and, if the change matters, we tell you in the app before it takes effect. If you disagree, you can stop using the service and cancel your subscription.
• We may change or remove features. If we remove a feature included in the VIP subscription, you can cancel.
• Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence or domicile remain competent.
