Delete your VOLBET AI app account

You can request deletion from here, without remembering your password. We send a link to the email address of your account: it is how we make sure the request is yours.

How it works

1. Enter the email address you signed up with.
2. Open the link you receive, on this same device.
3. Confirm, and the account is deleted straight away.

What gets deleted

• Your profile and sign-in: email and nickname.
• Favourites, alerts and notes.
• Saved betslips and betslips shared in Community, with your name in the leaderboard.
• The devices registered for notifications.
• Unlocks and the subscription recorded on our server.

What stays

• The VIP subscription on the Play Store is not cancelled from here. Cancel it in the subscriptions of your Google account, otherwise it keeps renewing.
• Predictions, odds and match results: they are not your data and stay as they are.

From the app

You can also delete your account in the app, from your profile: it is the same deletion, without going through email.
