1. Who processes your data

This policy covers the Volbet AI app (app.volbet) and the volbet.app website.
2. What VOLBET is, and what it is not
VOLBET is a football statistics and predictions app. It collects match data — results, tables, averages, odds published by bookmakers — processes it and publishes statistical forecasts.
VOLBET is not a bookmaker and does not take bets. Specifically:
- you cannot place a bet through VOLBET, you never pay money to us and you never receive winnings from us;
- we have no betting accounts, balances, deposits or withdrawals;
- the app's betslip is a personal notepad: it keeps track of your own selections and is not a bet;
- the odds you see are market information published by bookmakers, shown for comparison. We have no affiliate deals with bookmakers and we earn nothing if you bet;
- predictions are statistical estimates, not promises of winnings.
As a result we do not process betting data, betting payment data or identity documents.
3. What we process, why, and for how long
3.1 Account

You can use the app without signing up: in that case we process none of this. An account is needed only where identity is involved: saving or sharing a betslip, finding your data on another device, subscribing.
3.2 What you do in the app

The amount you type into a betslip is just a number you typed: it does not correspond to any money passing through us.
3.3 Community
If you share a betslip it becomes public inside the app: other users see it together with your display name, and can copy it. We also process who you follow, who follows you, and your position in the leaderboard.
- Legal basis: performance of the contract and your own choice (sharing is voluntary: if you share nothing, nothing of yours appears in Community).
- How long: until you delete the betslip or your account.
- You choose the display name. If you prefer not to be recognisable, use a made-up one.
3.4 Notifications

You can turn notifications off at any time in your phone settings or in the app.
3.5 VIP subscription

Payment is handled by Google Play, not by us. Your card number, billing address and other payment details never reach VOLBET: they stay with Google, under its own policy. We only receive whether the subscription is active and until when.
3.6 Advertising
On the free plan you can watch a rewarded video to unlock a single prediction. Videos are provided by Google AdMob.
- Before showing ads in Europe we ask for your consent through Google's form (UMP). If you decline you get non-personalised ads or no ads, and you can still use the app.
- To verify that the video was really watched, AdMob sends us back your user identifier and the match you unlocked. We receive nothing else.
- AdMob processes its own data (advertising identifiers, device data) as an independent controller, under Google's policy.
- Legal basis: consent for personalised ads; legitimate interest in showing non-personalised ads where consent is not required or not given.
- You can change your mind at any time in the app settings.
3.7 Errors and stability
The app currently sends no crash reports to external services. If we switch crash reporting on in future, we will update this policy before we start.
3.8 What we do not do
- We do not sell your data to anyone.
- We do not carry out profiling with legal or similarly significant effects: predictions are the same for everyone and do not change based on who you are.
- We use no profiling cookies on the website.
- We do not track your location.
- We do not read your contacts, photos or files.
4. Who we share data with
We rely on providers that process data on our behalf (processors) or that are independent controllers for their part:

Transfers outside the European Union rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or on an adequacy decision, as provided in our contracts with these providers.
We buy match data (results, statistics, odds) from an external provider: it is about matches, not about you, and we send that provider no data of yours.
5. Your rights
At any time you may:
- know what we process and ask for a copy (access and portability);
- correct or update it;
- delete it;
- ask us to restrict processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- withdraw a consent you gave, without affecting what was done before.
Write to app.tribehub@gmail.com: we reply within one month. If you believe your data is handled improperly you can contact the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or the authority of the country where you live.
6. Deleting your account
You can delete your account yourself, at any time:
- in the app: Profile → Delete your account;
- on the website: volbet.app/en/delete-account, using the email you signed up with.
Deletion is immediate, permanent and cannot be undone. It removes your account, profile, favourites, notes, saved and shared betslips, alerts, notifications, registered notification devices, unlocks and subscription status. Database backups are daily and are overwritten within seven days.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription: cancel it in the Play Store, as explained in the Terms.
7. Minimum age
VOLBET is intended for adults. It is not directed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we find that an account belongs to a minor, we delete it.
8. Changes
If we change this policy we update the date at the top and, when the change matters, we tell you in the app before it takes effect.
