How VOLBET AI works

VOLBET AI estimates how likely each outcome of a match is and compares it with bookmaker odds. Here is where those numbers come from and how to check them.

Where the numbers come from

Every day we collect official match data — results, line-ups, in-game stats, referees — and odds from around ten bookmakers. On top of that sits the history of previous seasons: that is what the model learns from.

What the model does

For every match it works out the probability of each outcome: who wins, how many goals, whether both teams score. Then it picks the market where the estimate is strongest and compares it with the best available price. The prediction you see is exactly that: an outcome, its probability and the odds.

What calibrated means

A model is calibrated when the probabilities it states match what actually happens: if it says 70%, it should happen about 70 times out of 100. It is the only serious way to judge a prediction, because it does not depend on one lucky weekend.

Across 1,709 predictions in this band the model stated 74.8% and the outcome landed 77.7% of the time. Every number, band by band, is in the track record.
